Looks like you came away with a nice haul. And I love the blue and yellow! I've been thinking of doing something like that, too, after seeing it on several blogs. I have a few big boulders that would be perfect for it, and as you say, they already have moss growing on them. Fun, fun. The bird cage looks great! Nice touches throughout your garden.Beth at PlantPostingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10473637655960119672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1376606540097525538.post-61421775490201576182017-04-12T10:53:55.634-04:002017-04-12T10:53:55.634-04:00Yep, I am going to spree myself to the poor house....Yep, I am going to spree myself to the poor house. ha..Can't hardly stop myself this time of year.Lisa at Greenbowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743973292900758183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1376606540097525538.post-91337835109497831872017-04-12T10:52:08.440-04:002017-04-12T10:52:08.440-04:00The succulent is quite the conversation piece. I'm sure you had a great time on your shopping expedition and wish I could have been with all of you. I'm just thrilled that Beckie found some 'Homestead' verbena for me, because I haven't been able to find it around here the last few years. I agree it's a busy, but good kind of busy, time in the garden right now. I pushed myself to work longer than usual yesterday, and today I can't move without aching:)Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01384059342847120951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1376606540097525538.post-47397185841007950412017-04-11T18:11:42.373-04:002017-04-11T18:11:42.373-04:00I hope you have a good week too Carol.I hope you have a good week too Carol.Lisa at Greenbowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743973292900758183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1376606540097525538.post-7781453863246614592017-04-11T18:11:20.629-04:002017-04-11T18:11:20.629-04:00Funny you should say that. I haven't seen it yet and a few of my "early" ones just have the tiniest little tip showing, so I would not worry. Painting the bird cage yellow makes it look like an antique. And nothing says spring like blue and yellow.
