For the most part this week it has been fairly sunny with just a few clouds in the sky.
The weather people keep saying we will have some rain. I am ever hopeful since our garden could use some more rain. This blanket of clouds that came rolling in gave us a half inch of rain. It felt good. The grass responded by growing greener.
For more Skywatching all over the world go here. Have a great weekend.
Lisa .. beautiful pictures girl ! I especially like the second one with those clouds and sky colour : )
ReplyDeleteWe had rain Tuesday night and we needed it. It made a huge difference in my seedlings coming up. I was just about to get all the hoses out. Lovely shots! ~Brooke
ReplyDeleteGreat skywatch Lisa. Hope you get a good soaking rain.

Wonderful blooms against a lovely blue sky. I don't think ours are even budding yet. :(
ReplyDeleteLisa - what lovely blooms you have there against the blue sky. I think that blanket of clouds stopped here first as we finally got .42 inches of rain here, too. What a relief. But it will be 39 tomorrow night and the garden and plants will be very chilly ... brrr. Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteWow, beautiful shots Lisa!!!
ReplyDeleteDear Lisa,
ReplyDeleteLooks as if Spring is in full swing at your house. I love seeing the blooming trees again.
I am waiting on a snow storm to come....
Nice you had some rain.

Boy are we getting the rain... it has been raining since Wednesday, with only a few breaks here and there. Today, we're expecting storms and 25-30mph wind gusts. But, the grass and flowers (and birds) are in heaven.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful.
Take good care and.........

Blow me down, what an amazing blanket cloud shot!
ReplyDeleteWow! Look at those clouds! The clouds over here dropped a couple of inches or so of snow. It's okay, though... I think. It shouldn't last long. Just makes Spring that much sweeter! Did you get your rain?? :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful sky photo - I love those looming clouds! We have had quite a bit of rain over the last couple of days, and the plants have put a spurt of growth on.
ReplyDeleteBeatiful photos!!! I hope you got the rain you were wishing for. We've had plenty, thanky. Today is cold after the front went through, almost like winter.
ReplyDeleteLovely skies!! You know I am always in the car when I see beautiful skies, and I can never photograph them without causing a pile-up.
ReplyDeleteI guess the act of driving gives me more time to think about the sky.
The sky on the second pic is awesome!
ReplyDeleteWow, I love seeing all those blossoms on your tree.
ReplyDeleteIf you want some more rain, just tell me, and I'll send you some rain clouds from here ;-) !!
