Oh Lisa, Happy Hallowe'en! Those look so good lit up in the dark! I was wondering which ones you did, assuming the ones you are holding onto? The cat and straight mouth face? What a talented group of friends!!! Makes me want to do surgery on one of ours. :-)Frances
Love the bride and groom on the porch swing;) You all did a great job on the pumpkins. Mine are always a disaster.Marnie
Looks like fun! Great decorations!
Happy Halloween Lisa! A pumpkin carving gala sounds wonderful and the photo with them all lit up was perfect...gail
Frances, yes, the ones we kept are the ones we did. It was fun. Everyone was able to keep their pumpkin.Gail it was a blast. Our gracious hostess and host had prizes of each pumpkin with the most clever names for the prize. I wish I could think of all the names.
What a great idea! I always get a small pumpkin and set it on my porch railing as decoration... but I don't carve or paint it... the squirrels handle the carving for me before long. I always used to carve pumpkins with my niece and nephew but, well, they're 24 and nearly 21 now so it's been a while. Hosting or attending a pumpkin carving party sounds wonderful!
Dear Lisa,Boo~Looks as if you had lots of fun!Happy Holloween.Sherry
Looks as if y'all had a great time and carved some bodacious pumpkins.
What a fun idea!! Love your pumpkins!
That does look like fun. I gather that somebody there is a Buckeye fan. Happy Halloween!
How fun! Happy Halloween, Lisa.
Happy Halloween Lisa....so fun.....
Looks like a great time was had by all. I'm getting ready to carve pumpkins but not until tomorrow. I usually wait until the day of--then they start to rot out pretty quickly after that. As long as I've still got kids at home it's fun, but otherwise I'd probably only do it if at a party like that!
What fun Lisa! Everyone gets to be a kid on Halloween. (I hope Frances means she wants to do surgery on one of her pumpkins, and not on one of her talented groups of friends. ;)Happy Halloween!
That's the spirit!!(((Happy Halloween!))))
How fun!!!! They look so good all lit up.
This looks like so much fun, Lisa! At our house, Halloween seems to be left to the kids. I think I need to take some lessons in pumpkin-carving:)
Happy Halloween Lisa!
What fun, from the luminarias to the finished Jack o lanterns!
Oh, that's wonderful, Lisa! I'm so jealous, both of the beautiful jack-o-lanterns and the fun I know you all must have had... I need to host a pumpkin-carving next year, I think.
That is a lot of fun. What a great night. Those pumpkins are wonderful.
What fun! Love those pumpkins, especially the last photo with them lit up. Wishing you a belated happy Halloween, Lisa, and happy November! We had a perfect Indian summer day here today. Hope you got one too.
Those are some very nice pumpkins my friend. Thanks for properly identifying my hawk. If I have any other birding questions,I'm gonna come see you. Thanks again.~~Dee
Looks like you had a wonderful Halloween Lisa :-) A pumpkin carving party sounds like so much fun!
What a cool idea, Lisa -keep those grownups busy carving pumpkins so they don't get any ideas about toilet paper & shaving cream ;-] You're all so creative! Annie at the Transplantable Rose
The last photo is awesome!
All I can say it is difficult to deal with change. This new Blogger format is not as user friendly in my opinion. I guess I will get us...
