Hope

I am hopeful that with the sun and warmer temperatures
Snow will soon be melted 
Peas will be planted 
Annie will have warm toes 
And crocus will be found in the lawn. 
It won't be long now...I hope.

    Looks very cold. We've had the warmest winter. No snow at all. Everything is blooming and those naked ladies you sent me are sending up leaves now. Hoping for those flowers this year. Annie looks good and happy. :)

    Cris, you lucky lady having blooms already. It won't be long here IF it doesn't snow again. We have had the coldest February and now March. Looking for a warm up now.

    oh Lisa, I hope it won't be long too. What a snowy cold winter we are having. Seeing flowers will be that much sweeter when they finally do arrive.

    Hi Lisa, me too. I'm always suspicious of early springs but one can hope. My little sheltie will be happy when this snow is gone. The snow packs into the fur between his toes and he hates it.

    Here’s hoping for you, as well. We had a freeze of 28 late last week and all the over-eager plants that began to pop up on our unseasonably warm days, have now frozen back and will be even slower to return. Sigh. But, it’s still not snow! We feel your pain!

    The snow is really starting to melt in Chicago. Today I drove to Springfield, about 200 miles south, and it's just about all melted away.

    Ack! I keep meaning to do some crocus every autumn in the lawn and it never gets done. I should put a reminder on my cell phone.
    And it's unbelievable someone, somewhere has snow in their garden and I don't.
